The team believes that " any vessel is as good as the staff that man it". With this motto we take special care to see that good and efficient staff are employed. This in turn helps owners to reduce the costs of running the vessels due to less downtime, proper utilization of stores and spares and with workshop assistance being kept to a minimum.

The staff employed is mainly from India and in cases from CIS countries to keep a balance on the costs and the expertise. All Officers employed from CIS countries are thoroughly checked to ensure that they meet our requirements of expertise and experience and specially that they are all English speaking.
